micromanaging bosses upper management has no clue what they're doing upper management will throw you under the bus any chance they get Ageist and sexist upper management you will hear your bosses talking badly about other people You can report to HR but they wont do anything No one knew exactly what my job was supposed to look like because the entire accounting team quit before I was interviewed I was lied to in my interview The job description doesn't match the actual work No one on site can assist you and the closest accounting professional is in another state 30 min lunch breaks

Where do I start. Seems the ones who perform well get nowhere and no credit/respect. The poorer performers seems to get promotions. It’s not what you know but who you know. Money is poor compared to industry competitors
