I've had the opportunity to take on new challenges and grow in each role that i've had in my 12 years at ExamWorks. With strong leadership, I have felt supported and had strong mentorship every step of the way.

Cons

Like any fast-growing organization, things move quickly and processes are always evolving. Learning to be flexible and pivot in a fast paced business has been key.
