Pros

There really are no pros other than it is a job.

Cons

Upper management cares only about the bottom line. Lower management only cared about CYA and making sure that they get out exactly on time. Workers are overworked with no ability to voice any opinions. Churn and burn. Not anything other than what the bottom line profit is.

Pros

The only positive benefits to working here are that they are super flexible, but that’s because they don’t fire anyone! You could be the worst employee and only show up twice a week and they still won’t fire you. Some people are helpful, some people are nice. I worked in the office in Rancho for almost 4 years in multiple positions and I can positively say that’s about the only good things about working here. And sometimes they buy you food.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, management is terrible, no structure or rules it’s a free for all with the attorneys and doctors. They all play games and you are the middle person catching all the fire. You can barely take time off because they typically don’t have back up so if you plan on taking a vacation be prepared to come back to a CRAP ton of work because no one else will step in to help. I’d you are sick and work remotely they expect you to work thru it. The staff are rude, you can ask a simple question for clarification and they will talk to you like you are stupid and belittle you. If you make a mistake, they don’t try to help you they run to your manager and complain so you get talked to. The doctors are rude and no one stands up for you even if they are in the wrong. There was a case I scheduled and for some reason (no one ever told me why) I was subpoenaed to appear in court, EVERYONE in the office knew about it before I did, and when I found out the manager literally yelled across the office to me “they have to accept it since I was in the office physically that day” in front of a new employee I was training. I freaked out and was told my the big boss “it’s not a big deal, do you need a shot” and I don’t even drink. It’s a joke of a company, there are plenty other places that will pay you better and treat you better! Can’t believe I wasted so much time waiting for it to get better.

Pros

the medical benefits are good but do your research, it's not great.

Cons

Revolving door of employees. Very few people stay that long which should tell you something. The management is mean, shows favoritism, and caters to some people. They seem to enjoy being doucebags.
