I was hired fresh out of college made to believe that I would be given the opportunity to work on multiple different projects, learn a lot and be given opportunities to grow. In a year and a half, none of those things happened. This is absolutely NOT the place you want to work if you're just beginning your career (or even if you're not) and aspire to do anything worthwhile, unless you enjoy doing mindless busy work. With the exception of a handful of managers, upper management will not invest any time or effort into training you, nor will they even point you in the right direction to do it yourself. The lack of communication top down is embarrassing as it doesn't even exist. If you're even fairly compensated for all your efforts throughout the year, don't expect to see a single penny until halfway through the next year. This place is going down and will only take you down with it. Run away as fast as you can.

Employees are undervalued and overworked. There is no appreciation from management, company culture is a joke and employee morale is extremely low. The most unorganized consulting company ive worked for. No additional benefit perks outside of typical health insurance and NO 401K MATCH.
