Pros

There are not a lot of Pros, but the few I can come up with are: Great peer relationships Good HQ Office location Nice Healthcare Benefit Package

Cons

Poor management Lack of vision or direction Inability to make hiring decisions in a timely manner Lower salaries when trying to battle the "Big 4" types No tuition reimbursement or 401k match Not enough time off in comparison to competitors CEO needs to let the CFO run things and stop micromanaging everyone

Pros

Hardly any pros. It is ok for people who want to come in and simple use them as a place filler or a stepping stone between jobs.

Cons

No direction. Confused management. No one knows what they are doing. Couple of smart people are running the whole show and rest everyone is there to just make a lot of noise. No clear process in place and they don't like anyone telling them that. Steer away from making advices or introducing new thoughts. That's the mantra here. Experienced professionals have little or no value. This place runs purely on politics. They are just fooling their clients. Compensation is horrible and they micromanage upto minutes.

Pros

Majid is a decent CEO. He has a friendly demeanor and a great vision; some of his subordinates do not have good management skills, which hinders Majid's vision.

Cons

Poor communication between lower level management and entry-level employees, very little guidance, crazy hours, bottom dollar pay, fair/poor benefits, few holidays, very little opportunity for advancement (even when working the insane hours they expect you to work)
