      Pros

      It's refreshing to work with really smart people who care about solving problems the right way.

      Cons

      Grateful to be out of the depths of the corporate world and feel like I can go in and make great progress helping companies without getting caught up in their politics.

      Pros

      This company is filled with great humans who truly care about building relationships and supporting the success of our clients. They are professional and smart and supported by strong and compassionate leadership. Work-life balance and awareness is encouraged from all angles. A winning team and rapidly growing company. Wish I would have come here sooner.

      Cons

      Not really a con- but working from home isn't everyone's preferred "style". As with most remote companies, it can be hard to stay connected with each other. Leadership does a good job of trying to find ways to continue to develop those internal relationships and communications with each other.
