More perks and benefits: Large companies generally offer better perks and benefits for employees2. Resources: Large companies can offer their employees “more,” because they have more resources1. Well-defined processes: Big companies have been around for a while, so they’ve had plenty of opportunities to test what works for their business. They’ve been able to define their best practices and everyday processes so that employees know their tasks and responsibilities2. Better status: Working for a large company usually means better pay and a better status2.
