      Salary Cuts is Not the Proper Way to Solve the Institutional Problems

      Students enrolled in college genuinely want to learn.

      Cons

      Adjunct faculty salaries were cut this semester by around 50%! College is now paying only $3K for a 3 credit course. With 135 contact hours this accounts to 22$ hour! How can anybody think this is a proper compensation to people with Ph. D.s!
