Flexibility and able to work around your own schedule. The Program directors are helpful and supportive.

Cons

If there aren't enough students enrolled a class can get canceled at the last minute. Hard to get a full time job.

What You See is What You Get - Students are mostly Military. Very Respect-oriented. Schedules are predictable. You can plan your week around tasks pretty well.

Cons

Like a Boot Camp for Teachers. Do it their way or take the highway. Hierarchy is the name of the game. Total Quality Management rules the roost.

Extremely collegial, friendly and welcoming staff. Shared passion for the mission, which includes an admirable focus on non-traditional learners, especially in the military.

Cons

Could use a little more focus on having a commercial approach to operational excellence - e.g. speed of decision-making, more financial discipline.
