      Small yet technically large-- Can adapt and create technology quickly

      Invisible to many but well known by those important. Growth and control -- controlled by visionary not the management collective

      Pros

      As the name indicates it's an innovative place. There are new ideas and directions all the time. The owner is very forward thinking and it is exciting to try and keep up.

      Cons

      Many don't handle the fast pace or quick changes well. It's is an extremely agile environment. You have to be able to quickly put down what you are working on and move full force in another direction.

      Nice people, but a misguided entry into a competitive market

      Pros

      Very nice HQ, great marketing, innovative home automation product

      Cons

      Entered market a a very bad time, dropped all direct customers and opted for a single point of distribution. This proved disasterous. In addition, the entire platform was build around Windows Vista, and not well accepted by potential customers. Products were incredibly expensive. When they worked (which wasn't often) they worked great.
