      Always moving forward, no moss in this place.

      Pros

      As the name indicates it's an innovative place. There are new ideas and directions all the time. The owner is very forward thinking and it is exciting to try and keep up.

      Cons

      Many don't handle the fast pace or quick changes well. It's is an extremely agile environment. You have to be able to quickly put down what you are working on and move full force in another direction.

      Pros

      Company offered flexible hours. Great tools available to developers. There was always easy access to management when you needed help with something.

      Cons

      Sometimes a struggle between work and life balance. I know a few employees who pulled all-nighters on more than one occasion.

      Not A Place To Work If You Have Any Self Respect

      Pros

      - Casual dress allowed at all times. - Flex time. - Good, up-to-date computer equipment. - Nice chairs, mostly Aeron. - Plenty of parking available.

      Cons

      - Extremely poor communication. - Hostile work environment. - Senior management has little or no respect for employees. - Terrible benefits. - Lack of any process or best practices causes a chaotic work environment. - CEO acts as if he is a schizophrenic, randomly changing business direction monthly.
