Business Outlook
Pros
Community Focus, 125+ year old bank, well known in the Sonoma County area, Good support from management at all levels. Our department is an area of focus for growth at the present time.
Cons
Small institution means pay is less. Community support and marketing is limited to the core banking roles (retail and lending primarily). Business growth in other areas depends heavily on Executive management/Board support. Being part of a commercial bank in a department that isn't a Core bank function can be diminished as a result.
