      You'll got to learn what to avoid when looking for a company to work for once you've decided to finally quit.

      Cons

      Employees are underpaid, overworked, and constantly being taken advantage of by the leadership. I had to put up with long hours, ridiculous demands, and overwhelming workloads, and I wasn't even being compensated fairly for all my efforts!
