I am writing to share my deep concerns and disappointment regarding my recent experience with the company.
Regrettably, during my time here, I have not witnessed or experienced positive aspects. With over 9 years of professional experience, I have never encountered a situation where hiring and firing occurred within a span of just two months. Unfortunately, my onboarding experience lacked the essential elements of training, project assignment, and constructive feedback.
The manner in which the termination was executed, with only 15 minutes notice to leave the premises, was profoundly distressing. This left me feeling humiliated and disheartened by the lack of empathy in the handling of the situation.
I am particularly puzzled by the abruptness of the decision, especially considering the continuous requests for work on my part. It is disconcerting to learn that projects were not assigned, and the explanation provided, citing the need for cost-cutting due to a lack of projects, raises questions about the hiring process and overall company practices.
I believe open communication and transparency are crucial, company should just not do such practice hire and fire as every person has some liabilities to take care & sudden shock can throw them in panic conditions.
Cons
Regrettably, during my time here, I observed a lack of effective management and found the HR department to be unhelpful and non-supportive. The absence of clear guidance and assistance has significantly impacted my overall experience.
They hired 5 freshers and fired all with a month. they all relocated for this opening only and lost the job.
