Pros
It has been a great journey at Excis, one that has offered year on year career growth. The employees are appreciated and looked after, and not just considered as a number. Decisions about company processes are mutually agreed upon and employees have a say/impact on these decisions. There is an open platform for all employees to express any issues or concerns, and these are taken seriously by senior management. The company is growing drastically month by month and has become a preferred supplier for some of the biggest IT companies of the world. Proud to work for Excis.
