      - Working remotely isn't for everyone. - International internal teams and clients are in all time zones. May be hard to manage for some people.

      Working tools and systems are very effective and every team work together around the globe. Scope for improvement is always there and Zoho is a best investment plan.

      Cons

      Project Planning should be thoroughly done before accepting it from the client. sometimes it may affect org financially.

      Excis Make my Life easier since I join company in this Covid Pandemic, Good Hike on Salary, On time Salary. Good work always be appreciated here & Feasibility in working time.

      Cons

      Excis is a Growing IT Service Company, So a lot of Change activities happens which makes work little complex. No Bonus (Referral, Quarterly, Performer etc.)
