      If it was a company we can say, but unfortunately it is a jungle

      Cons

      Bert & Finn are running a family business, their policy is Hire & Fire. They don't think about the employees. All the 5-star ratings are from the friends and family who have been hired. Please consider all the negative comments and think and never join this company. They hire people who are innocent and treat them like a slave. This is not a people-oriented company, it's like a slave island full of frustration and mental torture.

      Work with Excis was one of the best work experiences ever. I worked in my home, I contact people around the world, a lot of knowledge and different cultures. Was a pleasure work with Excis.

      Cons

      Some months you have to wait more than 30 days to get paid.
