      Friendly colleagues and work from home.

      Cons

      They don`t pay on time! You actually need to beg them so they can pay you! Unprofesional Management. This is a family company and the management don`t appreciat their employees. They are asking you to implement a new projects and when you are done they say that they don`t need you anymore. They are hiring employees on low salary with no training, they use them for couple of months after this they get rid of them. The management is super racist! STAY AWAY!

      There are no pro’s at Excis !!!

      They do not deserve a single star. The organization in the company is terrible. The manager is giving false information all the time. No possibility for improvement. Very poor management. The Manager in Germany is a fraud and a liar. Makes promises he CAN'T/DOESN'T keep. Managers have low experience. My advice you all don’t go to join this horrible company. No professional system and managers. They let you to work long long hours like 12-14 hrs even after that these extra hours never get paid . They treat you like slaves. False promises but you get nothing at the end. It’s just a scam. Be aware before you join here ‼️‼️ Stay away from EXCIS
