      Decent travel opportunities and hands-on tasks.

      Cons

      It was infuriating to see hard work go unnoticed while underappreciation was the norm. Nepotism was blatant, with favoritism determining who got ahead, not skill or dedication. The crooked structure made progress feel impossible unless you knew the right people. It felt like effort and reliability didn't matter unless you were in someone's inner circle.
