      Internal and continual struggle with management, and their lack of empathy for engineers and even the clients. What you see behind the scene is appalling!! We were asked to write reviews on Glassdoor, to nullify any bad reviews made by many many disgruntled ex-enployees.

      This is an interesting part in Excis. At the beginning, they are telling, this position in permanent and bla bla and giving you that and this opportunity. Finally getting more and more job within their probations period. Then after 2 weeks before end of their 6 months. That mean 2 weeks before their probations period. They give termination letter with Salary. Tricky method.

      Cons

      You do not need a big knowledge work at Excis. Need a talk active mouth and often lie. In addition, need time-to-time update about other collages through WhatsApp to site Manager. What other people doing and thinking about this stupid Manager. If you are this kind of person. Then you will be get quick permanent latter.
