      - Quantum is fully focused on providing innovative and efficient technologies and solutions to help customers succeed in their business goals. - Quantum provides substantial and sustainable growth opportunities for capable employees. - The company goes above and beyond in taking care of their employees in their professional development and particular needs, work-life balance, and all other areas that matter to an employee. Compared to all other companies I worked for in the past, Quantum is by far the best in addressing and assisting me in pursuing my goals as an employee.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Good client base. Good marketing & HR team. I have been working with them since last 7 years and never had any issues. Very accessible HR & Immigration team. Guided me through all the issues faced in typical immigration issues.
