      If you are looking for a career, than look know further. ExecuSource is a collaborative environment that puts people first. Since day one I have seen the culture at work. Growth driven individuals that want you to bring your true authentic self. Offering a hybrid model with flexible hours ExecuSource really focuses on employees health and wellness. There are group training sessions, women leadership empowerment, and overall just a great group of individuals that make everyone feel inclusive. Competitive sales environment that rewards hard work through uncapped earning potential and company wide recognition.

      Pros

      It might sound cliché but I truly love what I do. I get up early and WANT to get to work with my to do list running in my head while I'm in the car. I've been with the company over 3 years now and the leadership is amazing, the backing is strong and stable, the team is a dream to work with, the flexibility and autonomy is ideal. They provide the resources we need and you do the rest. Doesn't get much better than that. We have a boss who truly cares about you as a person and not a number. Leadership is investing time and energy into diversity training and programs which makes my heart so happy. Biggest pro the great commission checks! I've been in staffing for 16 years now and this is my forever home.

      Cons

      some would think a lack of structure is a con, I personally see it as a positive at this point in my career.

      Great Career Opportunity If You Enjoy Staffing/Recruiting!

      Pros

      -Competitive pay...better salary than most and straightforward commission plan -Fun culture...lots of different backgrounds, plenty of laughs -Relatively flat organization...managers are doing the same work as the producers -Flexibility...no micromanagement is nice -Growth potential...the company is growing and investing in new markets -Annual Bonus...they do a big contest every other quarter or so and hand out cash prizes plus a big annual bonus at different performance thresholds

      Cons

      -Staffing is still staffing...you have to make a lot of calls and sometimes the hours are long can be long -Sales people don't necessarily get handed accounts right away...yes you will have to cold call -Nowhere to hide...it's not a huge office and management sits on the floor -Training...there is not a lot of training before they tell you to get on the phone -High expectations...their top producers make a lot of money and they expect the newer folks to grind just as hard, but it takes time to ramp up

      Thanks for your review, your perspective is much appreciated. Your "cons" are 100% accurate and should be taken seriously by anyone considering ExecuSource as an employer. FYI-the performance trip will be making be coming back, maybe not to Europe like before but stay tuned!
