      Great opportunities to be successful and make a lot of money. Great leadership that truly sets you up for success.

      Hard work is required to be successful. If you aren't willing to work hard, you wont find success

      Thank you for your feedback! Your assertion that "hard work is required to be successful" is completely accurate! If you are considering a role in the staffing business PLEASE be aware that it is not easy and can be extremely challenging - not a "get rich quick" type of industry!

      Just another staffing firm, but better energy

      Very Flexible schedule Nice coworkers CEO was very active which I found cool

      Cons

      Healthcare was on the pricier side Just like with any staffing firm lots of people come and go so big picture goals are always changing and you’re also always at the mercy of your clients and current job market but that’s just staffing for you

      Thank you for the feedback, "just another staffing firm but better energy" no arguments with that assessment! Healthcare is pricey, no question and as such we have increased the employer contribution by 15% to aid in offsetting the increase.

      Great Support from Leadership

      Pros

      My experience was positive. The company invested in continuous learning systems and which help my ability to grow. The culture was a great fit for me as a whole and inspired me every day to be in the office. I enjoyed the flexibility of the hybrid days.

      Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated. Re "advice to management", we are in the midst of implementing a new employee career mapping program that will offer much more "touch points" to aid our team members as they progress in their roles.
