      Pros

      It might sound cliché but I truly love what I do. I get up early and WANT to get to work with my to do list running in my head while I'm in the car. I've been with the company over 3 years now and the leadership is amazing, the backing is strong and stable, the team is a dream to work with, the flexibility and autonomy is ideal. They provide the resources we need and you do the rest. Doesn't get much better than that. We have a boss who truly cares about you as a person and not a number. Leadership is investing time and energy into diversity training and programs which makes my heart so happy. Biggest pro the great commission checks! I've been in staffing for 16 years now and this is my forever home.

      Cons

      some would think a lack of structure is a con, I personally see it as a positive at this point in my career.

      Pros

      The recruiter was spot on with identifying me as an ideal candidate for a client. He was easy to contact and the client moved fast to hire which created a good experience for me. There was follow-up initially after my placement. I think the business model can be beneficial if the employee knows how to calculate an hourly salary when no vacation or benefits are provided.

      Cons

      This was my first time working as a contractor and the opportunity to pull my rate up was missed. There were no benefits until you work at least 6 months and the benefits are from an out of state company and more costly than other employers I've seen.

      Pros

      Management is great- They are all about continued growth of their employees. You feel supported, respected, appreciated in this work environment. I wouldn't want to recruit for anyone else. Deep understanding of recruiting industry and how we separate ourselves from the competition.

      Cons

      Health Insurance is on the more expensive side when including spouse and children.

      Thanks for your review-much appreciated! I agree with you about the health coverage-it is decent but pricey. Each year we look at multiple plans in an effort to provide strong coverage at a manageable rate but the options are somewhat limited. We will continue trying and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
