I have been here over 3 years and love it! Management is very supportive, fair and understanding. There is ongoing state of the art training available to newbies and seasoned recruiters alike which is on point and very motivating. All the latest and most up to date recruiting tools are provided to each employee. Flexibility in working hours prevails; within reason one can choose his or her schedule which provides an equitable work life balance.
