Pros

Professional culture, supportive leadership, respectful, ethical, positive environment. Having heard the horror stories about work environments from candidates for years, particularly from those in competing recruiting firms, EA is an oasis in the desert.

Cons

No downsides. Every employee is given ample opportunity and the tools to succeed.

Pros

They invest in their employees. They pay for training - but don't force you. The are willing to invest in any recruitment tools we request (as long as we use it), they ware flexible about hours and location. It is a wonderful group of people - and people stay there.

Cons

Seriously - not even one.
