Total Compensation is above market and includes a pension. Multiple operating companies offers varied career choice. Highly capable and fun people to work with.

Cons

High intensity organization with sustained high demand and quick turnaround expectations. Company is made up of multiple operating companies which creates an internal identity crisis. Talk: let's be innovative and creative Walk: Focus on safety, security and regulation (utility culture). IT lacks diversity and promotions happen based on who you know not what you have achieved.

Pros

good pay for the work. Always moving and have things to do make the shift go by quick.

Cons

bad schedule, rotating shift work, massive amounts of overtime. Many managers not to many leaders, causes morale go go down.
