-horrible ceo who doesn’t care about the people that work here -leadership team with no spine and don’t stand up to him, which continues to make employees lives miserable -lies lies lies and horrible communication about the constant change and pushing employees to do more and taking more and more flexibility away -no work life balance -horrible place for women to work, literally misogynistic and old school leadership mindset. The CEO literally doesn’t care about women or anyone raising families. -they talk about being innovative, but are quite literally the opposite. Leadership (CEO) keeps pushing changes that take us back 5 years -a VP or SVP is fired every week and it feels very tumultuous
