      Pros

      Exelon values their employees of all levels, and puts value in training their employees to promote them as well. The environment is friendly and casual and most positions are well compensated.

      Cons

      Quite a few positions do not have the ability to work remote if you are in a non-corporate position.

      Pros

      Wonderful company to work for.

      Cons

      The interview process and testing process was weird. They way everything was set up seemed a little unfair.

      Pros

      There were a lot of company perks. Everyone is very friendly and they promote within. The pay was excellent especially as a CSR.

      Cons

      Coming in as a CSR you have to pass all three test in training. If you do not pass you will get let go that same day.
