      Pros

      Benefits package is excellent. (Medical, dental, vision, 401K, Pension, stock purchase). Always have the ability to move up, to another position, or to another location within the corporation. Hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      Large corporation, so can be treated as a number vice a person. Rarely thou.

      Decent place to work, if it remains in business!

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are excellent. The safety conscious work environment is bar-none. The hourly employees are excellent in bringing others up to speed and peer checking any deficiencies.

      Cons

      The direction from management is often counter-intuitive. Interdepartmental, as well as within the department, communication is lacking or nonexistent at times.
