      A lot of mobility to switch assignments in finance

      Cons

      there are quite a bit of bad managers who are better individual contributors then they are managers

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Great opportunity for moving around the company in diverse energy and trading fields. Cares about community and environment. Disciplined leadership.

      Cons

      At times over-hyper executive leadership leads to meetings before the meeting before the meeting... Can be a bit rigid and exacting with some leaders getting into micro-management.

      Good Pay, frustrating environment.

      Pros

      Pay is great for the area. There are lots of things to see and learn about in the plant. Also a lot of opportunities to move to different positions/departments/locations because Exelon is such a large company.

      Cons

      Learning the processes and procedures requires more time and effort than solving technical problems. It takes a long time to learn how to effectively complete work via company procedures. Also supporting troubleshooting on nights/weekends.
