Pros

- Very competitive benefits package, which has also been available to GLBT partners for a while now. - Because it is both *huge* and diversified, the company manages to weather market volatility better than some.

Cons

- Because it is both *huge* and diversified, the company doesn't really have a mission that employees can at least pretend to embrace. "Delivering shareholder value" just doesn't inspire positive culture. - There are more contractors than employees, which insulates employees from market volatility, but sometimes results in dramatic headcount fluctuations.

Decent pay for college grad

Cons

Company philosophies are rooted in 1950.Company states they are innovative but they are not. Leadership consists of "baby boomer" generation mentality. Very stifling environment for young grads trying to make a difference
