Pros

There was a friendly and welcoming environment. Your teams are very helpful and willing to assist you in anyway. Created activities to interact with people on different teams that you would not necessarily run into.

Cons

Sometimes there will be some down time where you don't have anything assigned. But you will find something to do on your own that is related to your projects.

Pros

Hands down one of the best compensation packages around. The bonus are great but can suffer due to how the company is performing.

Cons

Long hours are expected (like public accounting firms), senior management does not values the opinions of the staff, not flexible at all. Wanted us to come into the office on a Saturday!
