flexible work policies are the only benefit here

Cons

racial discrimination and bias rules at the workplace, people are color aren't promoted to management or senior management. high performance employees are not rewarded, instead an outdated bell curve rating system is used by management to favor those they want to reward.

Pros

They treated all of the interns very well and I always had work to do with a good balance of downtime. I also had time to improve on my skills and learn lots of new things.

Cons

For the first couple of weeks they were still figuring out what exactly they wanted me to do, but that was understandable.
