Pros

Exelon is big on professional development. Training is encouraged. Opportunities are available if you are looking and willing to take them. I also enjoy the Diversity and Inclusion efforts that Exelon as a company promotes. We are strong in supporting community service.

Cons

As an employee there are many hats that need to worn. Time is valuable and things often take longer then you think. There are times the life work balance is hard to achieve.

Pros

Fantastic, laid-back corporate culture with a mostly stress free work environment. Safety is always a top concern. Good salary, benefits, and employee resources. Good community outreach and a very tight-knit dynamic among employees. Great

Cons

The annual salary pay increases could do a better job of being competitive and staying ahead of current market values.

Pros

Good benefits, better than average pay.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. Working through lunch? On call for at least 2 weeks every other month or so. Demanding and sometimes stressful work environment and training needs a lot of improvement. No real work-life balance. Hard to use any PTO.
