      Great pay and benefits Significant advancement opportunities Positive Work environment Management for the most part is competent and very supportive of hard workers trying to advance their careers

      Cons

      Work life balance is not the best but that's the case any equipment operator position.

      Great team atmosphere, surrounded by extremely smart individuals, work can easily be aligned with company's goals and strategy, competitive to slightly higher than average pay, benefit package, and comfortable work environment

      Cons

      HR onboarding could use some refining and lacking in internal training availability

      A lot of contractors. It's hard to get converted to employee.
