Great people, challenging work, and great environment. Plenty opportunities fro advancement for motivated individuals. Values diverse people and ideas.

Cons

Work/Life Balance at times is not the best. Location of some of the job sites. On call requirements.

Organized, fair, clear definition of expectations.

Cons

Hires a lot of IT consultants. Some are kept year after year. They don't like people to work remotely.
