      I have enjoyed working for Exelon for the past couple years. The vast nature of the company and their culture of training and talent development has really allowed me to grow my career.

      Pros

      Good people, decent pay. Work hours were the normal 9 -5 for the most part.

      Cons

      Way too much focus on DEI and ESG and it showed in promotions. Instead of focusing on reliability and doing what's right for the customer, the company has gone towards fulfilling quotas at the expense of reliability and customer focus.
