Management doesn't hold anyone accountable. Great employees get burnt out, terrible employees skate by doing the bare minimum. Salary increases beyond promotion structures are a joke. Everyone centers around 2.5% a year, if you work yourself to death you get 3%-3.5% if you're lucky to be in the 10-15% that get the higher performance rating.
