Great Intentions

Pros

Very diverse company to work for. Encourages volunteerism. Plenty of opportunities to move around within the organization. Incredible benefits.

Cons

Great intentions on the outside. Huge company to work for - so a lot of silos. Always too many things going on at once, and due to silos of work, lots of duplicated efforts and not always the best communications between the groups. Low salary compared to industry, although, they don't let you know where you are in the salary band, but yet claim to be transparent. If you're not a favorite, you will not advance.
