Pros

Benefits until they are changed

Cons

HR refuses to listen to reason and facts completely clueless. Upper management hold everyone else to a higher standard but does very little to fix problems.. will yes you to death... off cycle raises do not happen period .....will promote without a raise as well ... beware they will not make you whole... this is why they are having a serious problem with retention in their operations center.....many employees are leaving and looking to leave .....they are replacing them with less than qualified workers ... no concern for loss of job knowledge even when other departments have voiced concerns regarding this as well.
