Pros

Work from home is good.

Cons

After years in the workforce, I never experienced being micro-managed until now. There are a lot of inconsistencies ask 3 people, get 3 different answers. Inefficient organizational structure and business workstreams. No work-life balance. Expectations are lofty and not realistic of one human being to do. Management doesn't know how to talk to people. They talk down and insinuate the worst. Pay is on the low end for similar roles in the market.

Pros

Decent benefits Remote Opportunities Fair pay match 4% 401k breaks initial training was thorough and almost enjoyable

Cons

Seems hard to move up although many opportunities do exist to those who perform well. Not in Dallas but in suburb of Las Colinas, can be a pro or con but it doesnt matter when/if working remote.
