      Long hard days. You get a new goal every month and if you do very well one month it makes it hard to get a bonus the next.

      Associates make going to work daily the best part of this place.

      Cons

      Management is rewarded for obvious racist behavior. After complaining, management sent through some type of behavioral training by HR. Did it work? Absolutely not! The same manager then promoted the next year.
