Pros

Lots of opportunities to gain experience. Good compensation. GREAT benefits. Work-life balance was good for Project Managers.

Cons

Rumor is benefits are changing in 2015 and will not be as good as previous years. Lack of leadership. Lack of experienced people in mid-level management.

Pros

Decent pay for position held. Branches are individually managed; therefore, work schedules were accommodating

Cons

HR and upper management seem to be relatively slow in making decisions and acting upon them. Coming from a well-established corporation prior to Exeter, it is evident that they are still very "new" at running a company smoothly. I was used to Corporate America, so transitioning into a company that seemed to very "backward" on the way they conduct business or take care of their employees was somewhat challenging.

Very disappointing

Pros

Diversity among employees; all employees come from different areas of finance and various other industries.

Cons

Mid - Senior management is very reactive. Always looking to terminate employees who don't measure to expectations in either behavior or performance. Policies are not clear; vagueness not addressed or discussed.
