Cons
I was routinely scheduled for 10 hour shifts. The only way you can actually come away with a decent income is if you service clients back to back the entire 10 hour day. You are not paid hourly but only commission on what you’ve serviced. This was one of the worst experiences with management and a company I’ve ever had. Everyone is running around with no actual direction of good toward employees but only focused on how to drive in business.
