Long hours. Corporate could be more helpful, but is doing their best. Spa guests are high maintenance, makes work feel long.

Wellness facility that motivates you to practice the lifestyle they preach to their guests, recognition of accomplishments and room for growth, working under inspirational leaders, encouraged to participate in their mindbody programming (huge perk to work out while at work), a safe fun and inspiring environment, feel energized and excited to go to work every day and be around like minded people.

Cons

Pay can be competitive within certain positions, but you need to prove yourself to work your way up the ladder. Leaders in the unit will influence your experience working for exhale.
