Pros

I love that you audition and train to be an instructor at Exhale as opposed to having to pay for certification yourself. Superstar instructors! Truly the best around. Excellent community and clients.

Cons

The company has gone through a lot of changes post-pandemic and has lost a bit of it's leadership which can make things feel unorganized at times. Everyone is trying their best though!

Lack of support ,no transparency, Location was closed with no notice or explanation. Long time team members left high and dry. Not even a letter from HR or a thank you. Did not even pretend to care about the staff.
