Pros

•Great pay for experience •Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits (for single employee, family plans get crazy expensive) •Free catered breakfast and lunch •Free snacks and energy drinks •Quarterly bonuses •Unlimited Paid Time Off (And leaderships actually encourages you to use it!) •Open communication across all channels, no one works in a silo •Company outings and events like paintball, boat parties on a lake, and Tough Mudder runs •Charitable initiatives that encourage employees to giveback to the community •Amazing and competent leadership who foster creativity, communication, and actually empower employees. Management staff encourage the worker bees and speak to them like adults. You will feel valued here.

Cons

The building is in an old part of Dallas and has a myriad of ongoing problems. Aside from that...what is there to dislike about Exigo? Nothing.

What’s there to dislike about this feedback? Nothing! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know we’re doing a good job as your employer. The building itself may be on the older side, but it’s the employees like you that keep us fresh, innovative, and moving forward!

Pros

A growing company You learn a lot from peers You get to be very creative They try to be flexible with you Free breakfast and lunch while it lasts, plus the Friday sweets. Gym on site & lots of little benefits that you can discover on your way.

Cons

The money, they pay very less, like really less to juniors. It's sad but true that developers here would benefit from a $15/hr national minimum wage. There are a couple of other cons, but stating those would just shift focus from this main one.

Thank you for sharing your experience working at Exigo. We appreciate hearing your feedback, especially that you are happy with the overall culture at Exigo. We noted your feedback regarding salary and recommend that you take advantage of the COO’s open door policy to meet and evaluate your position/compensation. We welcome ALL feedback as we strive to make Exigo an environment where our employees are empowered, happy, and are able to learn, thrive and have fun. Our tuition free Epic Unversity program, and the Exigo internship program are very important to us, and we will continue to make a difference by training individuals with little or no tech skills. Our commitment to our employees is to continue to make Exigo better and make coming to work an enjoyable and exceptional experience. Thank you for being a part of our team here at Exigo and helping to make us better!
