Cons!? I would say the only con that I saw when I started is there wasn't a clear training program. Since then (not even a year later), the company has put team leads in place and we now have more employees that can assist with learning efforts. However, don't expect to come in have everything handed to you, you will still have to put in the work on your own to learn our company's platform and coding practices. It takes hard work to get up to speed in some cases, with others they have jumped right in and started billing right off the bat. I have seen it happen personally, so I know it is possible. It all depends on your drive, dedication and work ethic.
If you are a B Team player, please do not waste your time. I take pride in my work and have seen some come and go, the ones who go could not handle it or lacked the motivation to try. If you stick around however, you will have a great career with owners and fellow employees who love coming to work everyday and being successful.
