      Pros

      The company culture is by far one of the best I’ve seen in the industry. I really hope they keep the culture moving forward. Employees are friendly, helpful and professional. It feels good to wake up and come to work. They provide catered lunch and breakfast at the office which is super nice and you don’t have to leave the office and waste time and money eating out. There’s no micromanagement which allows developers to calmly finish their tasks. The company definitely takes care of their employees for the most part! I would recommend!

      Opportunities to grow. Friendly employees and upper management. Flexible work environment. Strong focus on maintaining a good workplace culture.

      Cons

      Office location leaves a lot to be desired. While allowed on an as needed basis, upper management is not fond of working remote.
